all of that beauty queen california stuff is just rumors..
he updates his swimroom alot!! he is into it!
and he has stated it in articles in magazines that he is single.
In touch magazine is the one that they might’ve said he wasnt single but that magazine is nver NEVER right.. they just make up junk on people for a living on a daily basis in my opinion. and thats why they sell so much. haha but still

he is SINGLE!

Yes, sweetie he does have a lovely girlfriend. Gorgeous young woman from Cali. Her name is posted in various places throughout the net. Beauty queen runner up and she is a knock out!!! Prefers to remain low key…though that should not last long. Sorry ladies…Michael is all spoken for!

Michael Phelps Girlfriend? Monica? – Michael Phelps’ girlfriend is a mystery for the ladies who may have a crush on him.The swimming champion said he is single while rumors are saying that he is married to a certain Monica.When Michael Phelps was asked about his girlfriend,he replied by:

“Away from the Olympics I’ve got a pretty quiet life. It’s kinda boring. I haven’t got a girlfriend and I can’t do the kind of things all my friends are doing as college students. I swim, listen to hip hop and work on my car. But, in my opinion, that’s still a pretty good life. I don’t know whether I’d want to trade it for anything.”

Michael Phelps will swim on Sunday in the men’s 400 IM in search of the first of an unprecedented eight gold medals, at the Beijing Olympics ,so cheer him.

Recently on Us magazine people had an interview with him and Us magazine says that he has a girlfriend but will not name her. This is true because these words actually came from his own mouth not someone else’s. Damn I was hoping he’ll be single. He’s so hot! GAH!!!!! *cries*

On Aug. 13, 2008, I saw a feature on the entertainment news show called “Extra” on NBC that discussed whether or not Michael Phelps has a girlfriend. They said that on his (real) OFFICIAL (personally-maintained) SwimRoom page (similar to Facebook, but for swimmers ^_^), he listed himself as “single”. See it here:

There are rumors of him dating a California beauty queen, but that’s all it is: a rumor. But if you think about this, this man is focusing all his energy to break world records, so I don’t think he would have time to entertain a girlfriend, as least for now. ^_^

He has a girlfriend she lives in Baltimore where he is from, he said in In Touch magazine that he mostly just hangs out with his girlfriend and spends time with his dog (named after Lil Wayne) in his free time.
